Delivery

All items on the Peppas Pig Warehouse are delivered at the lowest possible cost as standard.

Most items are despatched using Royal Mail 2nd class service, which will take 2-5 days. If you wish to receive your items faster, just change the delivery method in the drop down menu at checkout.
Larger items as standard will be despatched using next day courier service.

We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm each working day on the same day. Delivery times vary from 1 to 5 days depending on weight of purchase and method of delivery.

* Free Delivery on Items that feature "Free Delivery" is only valid for mainland UK and Northern Ireland Delivery.
All other areas are subject to surcharge - please call.

Goods Damaged in Transit
All goods must be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery date. Claims out with this timescale will not be considered.
Any damages to packages must be reported immediately and signed for as damaged with courier.

Warranty
All our products are covered by a minimum of one years return to base warranty.

Refunds
Refunds will be given at the company's discretion and are subject to a service charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Compensation and Liability
World Wide Warehouse Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from the failure or loss associated with the use or purchase of products supplied by World Wide Warehouse Ltd.
